My car had been totaled in an accident (no one hurt) at least a year before I was interested in buying a new car. I stopped into the dealership just to see what they had in stock in Certified Preowned Infinitis. The sales manager took some information from me and presented me with a few options to choose from based on my input. They were great suggestions and in no time, without the slightest bit of pressure, I had bought my new car. The staff was great to work with in a very friendly environment.

Vitor was outstanding - professional and knowledgeable even though the vehicle is not an INFINITI. I was very disappointed in only receiving 1 set of keys, however. That was a first in 40+ years of car buying.

The majority of staff at the dealership including the manager, Nick, and the man who walked us through how we would be financing our car were very engaged and helpful. I was not thrilled with our salesmen, Vitor, he on the other hand was only focused on gaining a sale and afterwards was too inexperienced and unknowledgeable to help with the rest of the process. To be candid, I wasn’t sure I wanted to give him a sale, but I liked the car.
Quick and easy. No pressure. Easiest car buying experience I’ve had. I highly recommend this dealership. The sales associate Joseph Santiago was very helpful and knowledgeable. An overall easy and pleasant experience.

The Service Center is not that close to my home, but I was sent a postcard offering discounted prices for oil change and services, so it was worth the trip. I had to wait and I would have preferred a quieter waiting area. I was advised of some issues with my car but was not pressured to have the work done. I really appreciated the complimentary car wash.
Courteous staff. Service on my vehicle was done within a reasonable amount of time with a helpful video. The car wash following the service was much appreciated.

I was there for service on my 2023 INFINITI QX60 .. standard 50,000 mile check-up 24 INFINITI of Plymouth Service Department was excellent. They performed the necessary 50K mile service and I'll be going back for my next standard maintenance .. I will also be using them for my wife's vehicle, 2018 INFINITI Q60 ..

My issues weren’t completely resolved and they didn’t work on all the issues I presented to them.
My experience felt rushed when I was buying and the agreed upon terms were not met by the dealer. Ended up paying more than agreed. They also never edited the agreement to the dates I actually received the car, which was almost a week after we shook on the agreement.

Happy with the service department. Wait time was reasonable. However, the fact I could not get a Massachusetts inspection sticker we deeply disappointing and very inconvenient. And, I didn't work with or meet anyone in the Sale Dept. or Management Department.
I had an older car 2006 g35 that other shops were unable to fix it might have taken a couple days longer than most, but they were very accommodating. I am very grateful they took the time.
I want to give honest feedback about my purchase experience.
When buying a vehicle priced over $100,000, the delivery experience should reflect that level of purchase. Unfortunately, mine did not.
Before delivery, the vehicle was not detailed to the standard I expected for a new vehicle. There were visible dirt spots that had to be cleaned on the spot, and the hood showed swirl marks that should not have been present if the detailing had been done properly. Each time I raised a concern, the responses felt more like standard dealer explanations than real solutions.

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned INFINITI QX60 from this dealership and had a very disappointing experience.
During negotiations, the salesperson became defensive when we asked if they could help with the price of the car or improve their low trade-in offer. The finance manager eventually stepped in and helped us reach a deal we were comfortable with.
However, shortly after purchasing the vehicle we noticed oil leaking. We brought the car to another INFINITI dealership closer to home for a full inspection, and they found several issues that should have been caught during the Certified Pre-Owned inspection. I have a pending complaint with INFINITI USA. 24 INFINITI is all about the sale. Buyer beware. They sell "Certified Pre-Owned" Vehicles that do NOT match with Infiniti's CPO standards and are very unresponsive.

Very fast service and pleasant staff. It will be better once they become fuller service - including inspections, tire balancing, etc, it will be much better. I also had to ask for vacuuming, which is standard at other dealer service centers. But overall very positive.
