I purchased a 2026 certified pre owned QX60 two weeks ago today and unbeknownst to me, the infotainment system is locked with a pin and no one knows how to fix the problem. The only time anybody from the dealership tries to work on the problem is when I contact them. So I’ve been driving a vehicle that I am basically a guest in but footing the bill. I wish I never stepped foot in this dealership and will never do business with them again

Conversations weren’t communicated to different parts of the staff so I had to keep having to fill people in on what I hap previously discussed. I don’t feel a sense of urgency to get my new car ready and to me after I signed the paperwork. Other than that, overall good. I also didn’t like that as we were discussing monthly costs, I wasn’t informed it excluded tax.
